Policies and Procedures
Deposit
For ART CLASS BY AUDREY events, the host will be charged a non-refundable deposit to hold the requested date.
The deposit will be applied to the travel fee, if applicable. If there is no travel fee, the deposit will be applied to the project the host selects to paint.
Selecting a Painting
All parties scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance will have the option to select a new painting not currently in our gallery. The host will work together with ART CLASS BY AUDREY to come up with a painting for their event. If the party is scheduled less than 2 weeks in advance then the host will select an option from the gallery
Travel Fee
A travel fee will be incurred for any party 15 miles outside the zip code of 33484.
(15-24 miles: $50.00, 25-34: $90, ($40 each additional 10 miles)
Cancellation Policy
If the party cancels at least 14 days prior to the event date the deposit can be transferred to a later date. Otherwise, the deposit will act as the cancellation fee.
